The Ripasso DOC is a wine obtained from the contact of Valpolicella Classico Superiore with the marcs of Amarone. This technique of refermentation allows to obtain a wine of greater structure and softness. Ruby red wine, it expresses aromas of fruit, light spicy and toasted hints. In the mouth it is soft and fresh.
